What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in
Your room will be ready from 14:00.
Check-out
Your room is available until 10:00 on the day of departure.
Where can I park my car?
The parking is located about 500 metres from Hotel Trieste Mare. To gain access, you need to collect your key card at the reception desk.
Your parking space is available until 10:00 on the day of departure.
For a small additional charge, you can also book a covered parking space, subject to availability.
Where is my beach umbrella located?
A beach umbrella and sun loungers are waiting for you at beach no. 19 (service already included in your holiday).
It is also possible—subject to availability—to book a beach spot in the first three rows for an extra charge.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Dogs are welcome here! A daily surcharge of €10.00 applies for your four-legged friends’ stay. For those who don’t want to part with their pet during breakfast and a day at the beach, we have the perfect solution: a dedicated table at our bar and a discount for bookings at “Sunny Pet”, our 100% dog-friendly partner beach club. To take advantage of this, at the time of booking, just inform the staff at the beach office that you are our guest.
For an even more comfortable stay, we recommend requesting a room with a balcony.
How far are the sea and the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro?
The distance between us and the sea is very short—about fifty metres; while the pedestrian area is about a 700-metre walk away.
Do you have bicycles available?
At Hotel Trieste Mare we provide adult bicycles upon request and subject to availability.
They can be rented free of charge for 4 hours, also upon reservation.
Does the hotel offer facilities for children?
Trieste Mare does not offer any specific services for families with children.
However, we’d be happy to forward your enquiry to the Hotel Atlantic, the other hotel of the group, which is specifically designed for families and is located right next door.
How can I pay for my stay?
You can pay at the reception desk every day from 08:00 to 21:00.
To avoid waiting at check-out, we kindly suggest settling your bill the day before departure.
You can choose from the following payment methods:
– cash payment directly at the hotel up to a maximum of €4,999.99;
– credit card (Visa – Mastercard – Cartasi) or debit card;
– bank transfer, if completed at least 4 days before departure.
Please note that checks are not accepted as a payment method.
